Refunds & Cancellations
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued if there is unearned premium when either the insured requests cancellation or if the insurance company initiates a cancellation.

The unearned portion of the premium must be mailed or electronically transferred within 15 days of the effective date of the policy cancellation.
​
All premium refunds will be sent directly to the insured. Policy cancellations in the first 60 days will receive a pro-rate refund of the Subscriber's fee.
